CODING / BILLING ISSUES

We recommend outside third party audits each quarter to identify and help note low pay, no pay, or other payer trends to ensure you are maximizing your revenue. This service is completed with a full report any manager, executive or board member can read, interpret and appreciate it’s value. Audits are inclusive of not just claims and billing but also the full revenue cycle including VOBs, and UR Days Authorized and paid with some minor clinical matching to ensure you are capturing revenue for each service being provided.
CURRENT AND/OR NEW EMPLOYEE TRAINING

We are experts in most revenue cycle softwares with very few exceptions. CLINICAL TRAINING SERVICES
The root of all revenue systems is clinical documentation that not only captures the full picture of all services provided, but also that those clinical records can support preauthorization and continued authorization for services and be peer reviewed and approved for payment and meet best practice standards.
- If you believe you have fewer days authorized than you feel like you should have authorized, then you most likely have a component of a clinical training issue that needs to be resolved. Most often these revolve around treatment plans, diagnostic codes and individual notes.

UR / PREAUTH TRAINING SERVICES
Whether you have new staff or existing staff that are asking for or you feel could benefit from training, we have some great training programming. We love training! It is money well spent, especially in a department that has the power to decrease patient churn and increase patient outcome, not to mention bolster your revenue cycle!

ACCREDITATION CONSULTING SERVICES
It is becoming increasingly important to have JCAHO or CARF accreditation. If you are embarking on this endeavor whether in an inpatient or outpatient facility, we have the ability to help you through the process from start to ﬁnish including mock surveys. Minimum time frame from start to completion based on each organization’s timeline is a minimum of 4 months and can take as long as you need to complete the required tasks on the longer timeline.
